道路交通安全是道路交通系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,也是世界各國(guó)極為關(guān)注的議題之一。道路交通安全管理得到世界各國(guó)政府的高度重視,而作為道路交通安全管理的道路交通安全管理規(guī)劃就顯得尤為重要。筆者結(jié)合我國(guó)的道路的實(shí)際情況和國(guó)外理論實(shí)踐的借鑒以及自己的一些想法對(duì)我國(guó)道路交通安全管理規(guī)劃的基本理論體系做了一個(gè)初步的研究。

traffic safety is an important component of road traffic system
and a topic concerned about worldwidely. Nearly governments of
all nations are concerned about road traffic safety management,
road traffic safety management planning is especially important.
A preliminary research on basic theoretical system of road
traffic safety management planning is studied referring to
theoretical practice in industrialized countries.

探討中國(guó)道路交通傷害的模式。方法
分析中國(guó)1951～2001年的道路交通傷害資料,討論道路交通傷害的時(shí)間趨勢(shì)、發(fā)生特征和影響因素,并對(duì)中國(guó)31個(gè)省、市、自治區(qū)的道路交通傷害進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。
譯文：Objective
to explore the pattern of road traffic injuries (RTI) in China
and to furnish evidence to formulate strategy and measures to
improve RTI. Methods using the data from the National
Statistical Office, Ministry of Communications and the Traffic
Administration bureau, factors as the time trends, features and
risk factors of RTI were analyzed for all provinces in China.
