采后熱處理作為近年快速發(fā)展的貯藏保鮮技術(shù),已經(jīng)應用于多種水果的采后品質(zhì)與病蟲害控制方面。蘋果是當今世界上重要的水果之一,熱處理在蘋果貯藏保鮮方面已得到較為深入的研究。介紹了采后熱處理的各種方法及其組合,著重闡明了采后熱處理對果實貯藏期間病蟲害的控制。
譯文：Postharvest
heat treatments are being used for disinfection and
disinfestations in numerous fruits and vegetables for many
years. Apple is one of important world-wide crops, and the
applications of heat treatments in apples for improving fruit
quality have been further investigated. This review introduces
methods and combining techniques of postharvest heat treatments,
and focuses on heat for control of storage diseases and pests of
apples.
文章通過對英國魚產(chǎn)品零售業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)和運作過程的觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)消費者購物方式的變化影響到魚產(chǎn)品零售商營銷模式的調(diào)整,最終造成整個英國魚產(chǎn)品供應鏈的重組,證實了消費方式的調(diào)整能夠帶動整個與之相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的調(diào)整。并根據(jù)我國的實際情況提出了政策建議。

paper surveys the structure and operating procedure of British
fish retail market. This study finds out the varying of shopping
methods influences on the adjustment of whole framework of fish
retailers, and it will cause the reintegration of the whole
supply chain of fish product. It proves the adjustment of
consumption pattern can drive the correlated industry chain
change. Finally, we give our advice according to the current
condition in our country.
