建立了一種Luminol-H2O2-Cu(Ⅱ)-考馬斯亮藍(lán)G250反相流動注射化學(xué)發(fā)光分析新方法，線性范圍0.005～0.100
mg/L Cu(Ⅱ)，檢出限為0.0015
mg/L Cu(Ⅱ)，
對0.050
mg/L Cu(Ⅱ)溶液進(jìn)行10次平行測定，其相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為3.6%，干擾離子允許量大。該方法靈敏度、精密度和選擇性好，直接用于江河水樣中微量Cu(Ⅱ)的測定，取得了滿意的結(jié)果。

new reverse flow injection chemiluminescenct analysis system of
luminol-H2O2-Cu(Ⅱ)-coomassie brilliant blue G250 is developed.
The linear range for the determination of Cu(Ⅱ) is 0.005～0.100
mg/L，the
detection limit is 0.0015 mg/L Cu(Ⅱ). The relative standard
deviation（N=10）for
an analytical concentration of 0.050 mg/L Cu(Ⅱ) is
3.6%. The tolerable capacity of interference ion is relatively
large. The precision, accuracy and selectivity of the method are
very good.
The method has been used to determine trace Cu(Ⅱ) in river water
with satisfactory results.
